In the third quarter of 2024, the company conducted a comprehensive supervision and spot check of fastener products, with a total of 1342 batches of products being checked. The inspection items covered dimensions, material, surface treatment, threads, and appearance, among others.

- Inspecție dimensională: Thread diameter (nominal diameter), Thread length, Head dimensions (height, width), Pitch, Incomplete thread length, Shaft diameter and length
- Inspecția materialelor: Chemical composition analysis, Mechanical performance testing (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), Hardness testing, Surface hardness, Decarburization layer inspection
- Surface Treatment Inspection: Coating thickness, Coating quality (free of bubbles, cracks, peeling), Surface color and gloss, Corrosion test
- Inspecția filetului: Integrity and continuity of threads, Shape and precision of threads (thread angle, half-thread angle), Cleanliness of threads (free of contaminants, iron filings)
- Inspecția aspectului: Surface defects such as scratches, pits, cracks, etc., Compliance of appearance with design requirements
- Functional Testing: Bolt torque testing, Tensile testing (simulating actual usage conditions)
- Inspecția ambalajului și etichetării: Packaging firmness, cleanliness, dryness, Clarity and correctness of labeling

Spot Check Results

In this spot check, 2 batches of non-conforming products were found, with a non-conforming discovery rate of 0.149%. For the non-conforming products, the company has taken the following measures:
- Identify, differentiate, isolate, and clearly mark the non-conforming products and potentially affected products.
- Urge the quality management department to conduct cause analysis and scrap the batch of fasteners.
- Communicate with customers and take proactive measures to ensure that customer interests are not affected.
- Strengthen internal quality control to prevent similar issues from recurring.

4. Analyze the relationship between price range and product quality, and avoid using price as the sole basis for purchase.
 Precauții la utilizare:
1. Consumers should preferably use bolts and nuts with similar performance grades to maximize the performance of standard fasteners. Generally, grade 4 nuts are paired with grade 4.8 bolts, grade 5 nuts with grade 5.8 bolts, and so on. A nut with a lower performance grade can be replaced by one with a higher grade, but not vice versa.
2. Consumers should purchase fasteners of the appropriate grade based on actual needs. If an 8.8 grade bolt meets the requirements, there is no need to purchase a 10.9 grade bolt, and one should not purchase bolts below 8.8 grade just because of lower prices, as this could lead to immeasurable losses.
